Have to agree they are really good. All my snacking finished. I think that while the experts say that pills like these are not good for you, I have to disagree, this one has cut out all the crap I put into myself everyday.And bye the way at such a small price I am actually saving money buy taking them. the four pills for the day work out at €2 a day a packet of crisps is 80c bar of choc .95 and bottle of diet coke 1.50 total is €3.25. I am saving at least €8.50 per week. Thanks for that.
