Posted earlier and seems to have disappeared. just wanted to say Hi. Started tone & slim this morning. Day 1.... Anyone else on thats just started?

I started over a week ago due in my clinic next Fri. Dont know if i have lost anything yet but feel much more energetic. Have cut out junk, major achievement for me. Need to be strong for the weekend, looking at all those slim people in their shorts shoud be enough motivation.love my consultant by the way, did you go to a clinic best of luck |

Hi Jess,
Yeah went to consultant on wed then started on program on Thurs. She seems very nice and very supportive. Going well so far. Had my dinner at 6.30 last night and didnt eat anything after that..... usually i'd be snacking watching telly. Didnt really want anything anyway so that part is fantastic. Only thing is I have terrible heartburn. Dont normally have heartburn but other than that i feel great. Let me know how you get on on Fri. Thanks for your reply Niamh ![]() |

Yeah on both shakes and capsules. Shakes are not very nice but bearable. I take the capsules before each meal. I cant believe how well i am doing keeping away from junk food. Am finding it quite easy. Was at a family party on Sat and just had a lovely salad for lunch and no dessert. How are you finding it? Have you changed your diet much???

I have 3 meals a day cause you need to take your capsules before each meal and you need to take 3 capsules a day. I've just tried to eat more sensibily. Did you go see a consultant before you started? If not you should try cause they explain how the whole thing works and how to use the products. Are you on shakes or capsules or both? Best of luck with it. Its really easy once you get into it. Niamh |

Hi all,
Just finished my first month on tone and slim, took the shake for the first week and then for the next three weeks I took just the capsules and yipee Im a stone down and loads of inchs!! I walk for 1 hour 4 times per week, jump on the stepper every day for at least 20 mins. Its been hard but Im seeing the results and sticking with it!! Best of luck to you all Hopeful |

Just take one day at a time and be 100 into your program. You did not get where you are right now in one day so dont get discouraged when things dont progress as quickly as you want.
One day, one meal, one workout at a time and you will get there. |
