Tone and Slim 120 Day Programme Stages

Tone & Slim is centred on a 120 day weight loss and weight management challenge. The 120 days is broken down into 4 separate phases of 30 days each, so that it is easier for you to set goals, track your progress keep your focus and reward yourself for small victories along the way.

When you sign up for the 120 day challenge, you are constantly supported and challenged to keep on track. The four distinct stages or phases allow you to make small breakthroughs and to keep motivated. You'll be able to get information relevant to each phase, and to communicate with other Tone & 'Slimmers' who have either been through your phase and can therefore give you advice and encouragement, or you can buddy up with people who are going through the same challenges and phases.

Stage Two - Checking In Phase - Did I Engage?

How are you progressing? What have you lost in phase one? Done your weigh in? At stage two, you've been online for a Month, you're using Tone & Slim on a daily basis, and you've familiarised yourself with ways of interacting in the Tone & Slim website, and making best use of the knowledge and resources that are available.

If you're using the product as you are supposed to and making some moderate changes to your eating patterns, either through a new diet regime, and/or through a new exercise programme, then you're ready to reward yourself for this, aren't you - but not through over indulging!. If you're disappointed in any way, allow that this could just be about you getting used to what is realistic for you in terms of weight loss. Have you really tried, did you commit to what you set out to do? What'll you change for next month in phase two? Can we help you? Do you need to find a diet buddy on the system who's also in phase I, or start learning from people who've been through what you are going through? Use the resources. That's what they're there for?

In stage two, it is vital that you start to get on track and take this opportunity seriously if you haven't done so in phase one. You may have learned a lot about yourself in phase one. You can get back on track and build on your progress and learning from the first 30 days.

Stage Three. Maintenance Phase - How can I Challenge My Self more?

Well, 60 days in. What's the progress like. Are you happy with the weigh in? Are you still using the product daily? What lifestyle changes have you been making? Is exercise becoming an important part of your life yet? If not, are you doing something that you like? Are you involved in the community yet? If not, why not? What can you change? Are you using the online experts to help you or your diet buddy?

Phase three is all about really building in the new habits that are required to bring you through to day 120, delighted with your progress. It is easy to slip at this stage, particularly as you will have lost weight. Don't be fooled. Weight gain happens so easily when you revert back to your old patterns. Keep it going, it will be worth it.

Keep tracking your progress, keep in the community and use the resources. Reward your achievements and celebrate your successes.

Stage Four. The Victory Phase. Building On Your Success.

90 Days in and only 30 to go in the challenge. You'll have maintained your weight loss and it's the opportunity to build on your successes thus far. How are you going to do that? What in hindsight is working well and what's been dragging you back?

This is the last 30 days of your challenge. How have you been doing with getting support? What can you change for this phase? Is the Tone & Slim system and products reaping the results that you had in mind at the outset? Is it likely that you'll sign in again at the end of the 120 days and take on the challenge again?
