    Cardio-Vascular

Aerobic activity that elevates the heart rate and maintains it at that level for a extended level of time.

It involves the heart and lungs and its ability to provide the working tissues with oxygen.

    Muscular Strength

Anaerobic exercise, the intensity of the activity is so high that the oxygen is being used more quickly than it can be supplied it is short term. For example climbing the stairs. Muscular strength is the maximal force against a resistance. Muscular endurance is the ability to perform repeated muscular exercise without fatigue.
