Following the birth of my daughter three years ago, I went for a size 8 to a size 12. I did manage to get back to a size 10 after about a year of intermittent dieting but I found it very hard to stick to these diets and I just couldn't get back to my original size. Then a friend told me about Tone & Slim, which I started taking six months ago. Within four months, I was back to a size 8 and I didn't even have to follow any special diet. At first, I took both the Tone & Slim powder and capsules but now I just take the capsules to maintain my former figure.
